the temperature resistance of the temperature sensor.

5, temperature control table damage, check the output control signal voltage. Replace the 

temperature control table.

Third, hot melt machine throat gun body is not heated (not at the same time)
1, heating wire (rod) damage. First check the wiring and measure the resistance value, confirm the resistance after the replacement.
2, the temperature is open. Check the wiring and measure the resistance value and confirm it.
3, bad line contact. Check if the line contact is loose.
4, temperature control table damage. Check the solid state relay 3.4 whether there is input DC signal.
5, solid state relay damage. In 3.4 there is a DC signal of 1.2 lines without conduction.
6, whether the fuse burned. Check for confirmation, please replace.

Fourth, hot melt machine gear pump work but not a plastic
1, the cylinder is not rubber. Add the compound.
2, return valve open circuit. The return valve is not tightened or the seal is damaged.
3, the filter is seriously blocked. Check the cleaning and replace if necessary.
4, throat gun body blockage. Check and repair.
5, gun body thimble crushed. Loose gun body thimble.
